Service

By adding CoreFox to your Discord server, using any of its commands, or accessing the CoreFox web dashboard at corefox.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.

These Terms apply to all users — server administrators and regular members alike. Using CoreFox also means you agree to comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

CoreFox is a fictional mining economy simulation for Discord servers. The service includes:

• A virtual mining economy with in-bot currency (FX), miners, bank accounts and loose cash.
• A second-hand marketplace for trading virtual miners and modules between servers.
• A boss raid system with virtual weapons, effects and reward pools.
• A module system with collectible upgrades for your miners.
• A Ko-fi donation system that grants in-bot boosts as a thank-you for voluntary support.
• A web dashboard for server administrators to configure everything.

You must be at least 13 years old to use CoreFox, in line with Discord's minimum age requirement. By using CoreFox you confirm that your use does not violate any applicable laws in your country.

CoreFox creates an economy profile for each Discord user who runs /start within a server. Your profile is tied to your Discord user ID and is stored per server — data in one server is independent from another.

You can permanently delete your economy profile at any time with /delete. Server administrators can also remove your data from the web dashboard.

• All in-bot currency and assets are provided under license for use within the service only.
• Virtual currency has no monetary value and cannot be sold outside of CoreFox.
• CoreFox reserves the right to adjust or reset virtual assets at any time without compensation.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches to gain currency dishonestly is prohibited.
• Automated scripts or bots that interact with CoreFox commands without human input are prohibited.

When you list a miner or module for sale, it immediately leaves your inventory and becomes available on the web marketplace, visible across all servers where CoreFox is active.

• Listings expire automatically after 7 days if not purchased.
• All marketplace transactions are final — CoreFox does not mediate disputes between users.
• Server admins may set a market fee applied to transactions within their server.

Donations via Ko-fi are voluntary and support CoreFox development. Donors receive in-bot rewards as a thank-you — not as a purchase of goods or services.

• Donations are non-refundable once the boost has been applied.
• Boosts apply only to the Discord account that generated the donation code via /donar.
• CoreFox may modify or discontinue donation rewards at any time.

You agree not to use CoreFox to:

• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Harass, threaten or harm other users.
• Exploit, hack or attempt to reverse-engineer the bot or its web services.
• Use automated tools to interact with commands without human input.
• Impersonate the CoreFox team, other users or any third party.
• Interfere with the stability or availability of the service.

Administrators who add CoreFox to their server are responsible for ensuring the bot is used in accordance with these Terms and Discord's own policies. Admin powers — configuring the bot, creating custom miners, managing economy accounts — must not be abused.

CoreFox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, update these Terms at any time, and adjust economy values or features. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

CoreFox and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of virtual assets or economy progress. Since all assets are fictional with no monetary value, no financial claim can be made for their modification, loss or removal.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the country of residence of the service operator. Any disputes shall be resolved through direct communication in the first instance.
